By submitting your work (Research Paper, Article, or Thesis) to ResearchersMedia.com, you (the "Author") agree to the following:
- Originality & Plagiarism: The Author guarantees that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe upon any existing copyright. All sources must be properly cited.
- Ownership of Copyright: The Author retains full ownership of the copyright. Researchers Media does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
- Grant of License: The Author grants Researchers Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, host, index, and display the work on its platform and associated digital channels.
- Institutional Permission: If the work was conducted as part of a university degree (e.g., an MBA Thesis), the Author confirms they have the necessary permissions from their institution or guide to publish the work publicly.
- Indemnification: The Author agrees to indemnify Researchers Media against any legal claims arising from a breach of the above warranties.
- Removal Policy: Researchers Media reserves the right to remove any content found to be in violation of academic ethics or legal standards without prior notice.
